New Orleans Officer Arrested for Forcing Teen to Strip

This is highly disturbing.

If proven true, this police officer seems to have preyed upon minors from an immigrant community, showing up at his house and forcing him to strip for his sexual gratification.

NOPD GPS data showed that Sirois was near the family's home for no good reason.  I'm glad this family came forward.
