LMPD Harassment Suits Are a Train Wreck

Honest to God I don't know where to begin with this. 

The City of Louisville needs to just fire everybody and start over, seriously.  Swap every third police officer with someone from a random agency in a different state.  I have no idea how to fix their shit show.

It does not surprise me that Lauder is also part of the problem.
