Once again, the woman shown in this video is innocent of all charges until proven guilty in a court of law.  There is some possibility that what appears to be her pummeling a non-verbal special needs child is not exactly what it looks like. 

I truly struggle to remember that there's a human being under that fake hair, a little child who was clearly abused in some way and grew into a severely damaged adult who can pass for normal enough to clear a background check.

Now, why such a person would seek a job working with children who couldn't possibly report any injuries they might receive?  One could only speculate.  Maybe it's the same reason pedophiles traditionally sought roles as Catholic priests.

But really when I saw that video, and the photos of the injuries sustained by various children over the six months of this woman's employment -- which could be entirely coincidental because again she's innocent until proven guilty -- part of me truly wanted to beat her with a bat until she stopped moving.  I viscerally, deeply, wanted to violate and murder her in the worst possibly ways.  Her smug, shitty face in her mug shot.

And I don't approve of the death penalty under any circumstances, much less dishing it out myself.  So this was really challenging for me.  I had to work through my stuff to reclaim my recognition of this woman's humanity.  I really can't look at things about child abuse while the children are still children, before they've survived into adulthood.  Sometimes it just destabilizes me too much.

What a heartbreaking, devastating video.  Look at the look on that woman's face.  She can't even believe this crazy old coot, William Brock, is pointing a gun at her this way  Worse yet, he allegedly does shoot her to death.  He's innocent until proven guilty.

In another example of America gone completely insane, where everybody's first instinct is to kill someone, the above Uber driver was set up to be murdered.

The old coot in the video was allegedly receiving some scam phone calls about an imprisoned relative.  He was told to put together a cash payment of $12,000 or he and that relative would be killed.

Uber driver Loletha Hall received a trip to go pick up a package at Brock's address.  But since Brock is even older than Hall, he apparently doesn't understand how Uber works.  So he just couldn't resist killing her, because this is America where PEW PEW PEW.

That video is just horrifying.  Ms. Hall could barely walk for God's sake.  She was no threat to him whatsoever.  She was retreating and screaming for help. 

Common sense would tell you he could've held her there until the police arrived.  Shot her tire out to prevent her from leaving, if he was so sure she was one of the gang.  If he's proven guilty in a court of law, what a stupid, malignant, murderous asshole.

Words absolutely fail me on how needless this shooting was.  This is why I'm in the world and not of it.

What's so hilarious about the Ladies' Lounge is that it was such a perfect piss-take.  Ten out of ten stars.

In creating a "Ladies' Lounge" and deeming it for women only, other than attractive men under 25 who may serve as butlers, Kirsha Kaechele has done some trolling that would make Andy Kauffman beam with pride.  She created a scenario in which she could not lose.

Inside the Tasmanian museum, the Ladies Lounge was a private space for women only.  The best pieces in the collection were hoarded there.  The idea came from the old days, when women weren't allowed in public bars in Australia, so they'd have a separate "Ladies Lounge."  One teeny-tiny little example of how we've been getting ordered around since forever.

It's interesting to me that Kaechele is apparently an American, where gender discrimination is still fully legal.  And so this entire performance definitely wouldn't have ended the same way, a point she never brings up, and the Tasmanians don't seem to notice.  Jason Lau probably wouldn't have won his case in America, because it's fully constitutional to discriminate based on gender here, as far as I know. 

As I understand it, it's 100% legal in my country to pay me less and charge me more based on my gender, cradle to grave.  There were more things I was excluded from than what I was eligible for growing up, seriously.  I'm from 1964.

So everything about Jason Lau getting ass-chafed enough to take her to court because he couldn't go into one art exhibit out of a whole museum?  Makes me belly laugh.   He couldn't even grasp the concept after it was explained to him.

"Lau argued that denying men access to some of the museum’s most important works (there is a Sidney Nolan, a Pablo Picasso and a trove of antiquities from Mesopotamia, Central America and Africa in the women-only space) is discriminatory. Kaechele said that was the point."

Holy shit Jason Lau wouldn't survive being a woman for one day, not an hour. I didn't get to see a Picasso!  Call me a waaaaaahmbulance :(  And then a lawyer.  Because seriously I'm that big of  a manbaby LOL

And he understood that and he appreciated it and he dropped the case.”

Okay, sure.  But this bit:

"Then why should I have to pay the same amount if I don’t get to experience the artwork?’"

You know, do they ever ask themselves that when they're paying us less and charging us more, why should women participate with them?  Because I'm pretty sure they know that's a thing and always has been.  I'm pretty sure they all know why there's a ladies' lounge.  It's because men insisted on throwing us out and in general being huge jerks from time immemorial and counting.  So all of this is a huge fuck-you if you don't like it IMHO.

And it was just winning and ten times more winning for Kirsha Kaechele, and me, and everyone else who totally gets it. 

Because you can't force consent.

You can't stop somebody from not giving a fuck about you and not wanting to hang out with you.  There's no way you can force that woman to care what you think or want you around.  She's three steps ahead of both Jason Lau and the judge who sided with him.  She will always be ten times cooler and have more fun than both of them put together.

"In his decision, [Judge] Grueber commented Kaechele’s appearance at the hearing, where she was accompanied by 25 women in navy business attire and pearls.

In what Kaechele later described as an extension of the artwork, the cohort had performed synchronised movements during proceedings , including leaning forward, crossing their legs, and peering over their spectacles.

Grueber said while it didn’t disrupt the hearing, “it was inappropriate, discourteous and disrespectful, and at worst contumelious and contemptuous.”"

Well, I thoroughly enjoyed it.  And Jason Lau, whose mega tantrum this whole thing was in the first place, actually got much more than $35 worth of entertainment, didn't he?  That's what baby Huey was suing over, a $35 art ticket. 

Just MWAH, the whole thing.  Suing her about this, or ruling against her with the word "contumelious," was such a football bat, such a soup sandwich for the incel community.

Because the whole thing always was performance art, which by definition must come to an organic conclusion.  And Jason Lau volunteered to be the stooge.  That lack of self-awareness is like a grave that just keeps getting deeper the more you dig.

Congratulations, professor.  You'll never get in there.  She's closing The Ladies Lounge rather than open it to you.  And you gave her the perfect way to shut it down with a bang instead of a whimper. 

At first this really did piss me off because I saw it being about consent.  It couldn't have ended better.  Thanks, Jason Lau.

What really sucks about being a rape survivor is that our biggest wins are only ever bittersweet.  Because at the end of the day, Bruce Lehrmann still gets away with having raped Brittany Higgins.  And I don't have to say "alleged"!  He can go fuck himself if he wants to sue me.  That's the good news.  Because the judge just said so LOL

What happened here was that there was a rape trial that got skewered by juror misconduct.  It would've had to be started all over again.  And the survivor's mental health precluded that.  So the matter was dropped.

But because the assault took place inside the House of Parliament, and the two people were political operatives, it became a cause celebre.  And the rapist felt like he shouldn't have to be called a rapist in the news after not being punished for rape, because entitlement.  He wanted a crystal clear slate as if she consented, when she was clearly too drunk to have done so.  So he sued.

And then he lost!  LOL!

Meanwhile, there's something horrible about watching the lawyers crow about what a huge win this is for the TV network, blah blah blah.  Because no, it really isn't a huge win.  It's a big pile of shit wherein a woman got raped.  And then after a bunch of public humiliation for her and no prison for him, the rapist got to make a much huger to-do when she again didn't want to.  He actually won again, in a way, by dictating the narrative.

Then again, the actual rape case could be re-brought.  So it was all-around one of the dumbest own-goals in a while.

The above network, Law and Crime, has gone from dubious/questionable/typical "true crime" to full-on incel bait.  It's just another corner of the world that I have to avoid now, for my own mental health.  I'm afraid this is the new "Karen."  It's the next way America's misogynistic, dishonest, capitalist media conglomerate plans to exploit human suffering vis-a-vis true crime.

One reason I don't participate in online discussions anymore is the way people would constantly retort "Well don't watch XYZ then if it bothers you."  Because for people who live with that degree of privilege -- the vast majority of people who enjoy true crime, it's that simple.  It's their world, and survivors are just the squirming roadkill who shouldn't annoy them while they munch popcorn.

When the Jimmy Kimmel fans are sneering, "Don't watch it then" over their shoulders, they're not tallying up how many other people have already told me that. 

They don't know or care how many different corners of the world have to be added to that list of "places that are safe for rape culture and not for me," which now includes Law and Crime Network.  Right?  It's like standing on the globe and being painted into a corner that gets tinier and tinier all the time, like rainforests.  So now this blog that nobody reads is the only place I say anything on the internet, where I don't have to listen to Kevin's misinformed bullshit.

Below is a sample of the fucknuttery that Law and Crime has apparently deemed the best business model for themselves going forward in 2024.  I say this after watching them ramp up the reporting on cases where a white, female teacher has been caught raping students.  And the emphasis is on how minimal the punishment is for child  sexual abuse when women do it, because that really inflames Kevin's sense of victimhood, which is where we hit the cha-ching button in America.

Everything about the comments on that video make me wish I lived on a different plant for real.

The people at Law and Crime Network can't possibly be as ignorant about how criminal justice actually works here on Earth 1 in America, that:

1. Men commit sexual assault at much higher rates than women overall (I'd love to be proven wrong by actual facts)
2. The punishment in America is grossly uneven all the way across the board, nothing is ever fair here
3. Male teachers -- and other authority figures -- routinely get little or no prison time for raping minors
4. Nothing is new about any of this.  Children are the primary abuse targets of women because (a) they're often the caretakers and (b) men aren't vulnerable to women the same way children are, duh
5. The only people who appreciate or enjoy female teachers sexually abusing male children are men.  I've literally never heard any woman admit to finding that hot or sexy.  Meanwhile, back on Earth 1, men eat that shit up all the time.  No, really.  I stopped watching Curb Your Enthusiasm, which I had been enjoying quite well up until then, when they did a "hot for teacher" episode.  Fucking disgusting.
   
6. Men are also the ones who fetishize the Catholic school uniform, and can't be told how shitty that is for real-life Catholic schoolgirls.  There isn't the reciprocal thing where adult women also routinely lust after schoolboys.  Adult women who rape schoolchildren are seen as sick assholes by other women. 
   
7. I've never seen Law and Crime mention the marital status of any male child rapist, and they do it with with the lady molesters often enough.  Why is that relevant, other than to further stoke the male victimhood?
   
8. Not only is she "married," she repeatedly "had sex with" her student -- not "rape" or "sexually abuse" him -- before getting probation only.  So they're perpetrating a double standard in multiple ways with their mega-clickbait, rage-inducing title.
   

I'm glad that there are now cameras everywhere, showing the realities of life for children.  Because this is not a new thing. 

It's bullshit that children are now being given safety tips the way women always have been:  stay off your cell phones, walk in groups.  Don't wear short skirts, don't walk alone at night.  When will we ever turn our focus to men and policing their behaviors?  When will preventing these incidents ever become the responsibility of adult men?

What's so highly disturbing about the complaints against Ryan Dornbos -- who is innocent until proven guilty of all charges against him -- is that he's not only a police officer.  He's a coach at two different middle schools.  Or at least he was, right up until the criminal investigation, as discussed in the linked video.

This is all brand new and rapidly developing.  Dornbos' alleged victim disclosed her complaints at a sleepover party, prompting an investigation at his employer department.

There are documents referenced, but not shown, in the linked video that discuss numerous allegations of Dornbos harming women and alleging more than one victim.  But they don't give any more details.

Big Rapids News:
"On Jan. 1, the BRDPS was notified that officer Ryan Dornbos was a suspect in an active criminal investigation, according to a news release from BRDPS. At that time, the city of Big Rapids placed Dornbos on administrative leave and initiated an internal investigation.

Dornbos had turned himself in to the Fremont Police Department, which conducted and completed an independent criminal investigation, then informed BRDPS of its results and submission to the prosecution.

Upon the completion of BRDPS' internal investigation, the department terminated Dornbos."

It's unlikely that I will be able to follow up on this guy.  There are just so many of them.

Someone walked into a garage and allegedly found Jonathan Diehl -- who is innocent until proven guilty -- passed out in a garage with his genitals exposed.  He is charged with having a live feed of a teenage girl in her bedroom partially dressed up on his phone.

After confirming with the girl that she knew nothing of the live feed, the witness confronted Diehl.  Court documents reflect that there was a physical altercation wherein Diehl tried to physically prevent the witness from leaving the premises.

KFOR:

"Near the end of the report, documents explains Diehl has lived in the garage since 2021 and has access to the attic.Documents also say the witness found drill bit sized holes in the ceiling of one of the rooms in the house, directly looking over the bed.
Diehl has been booked at the Cleveland County Jail on charges of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is set at $250,000."

Basically it seems to me that after their marriage broke up in 2021 -- which also appears to have been approximately the end of his law enforcement career -- for whatever reason he was allowed to continue living in the garage.  His mental state appears to have possibly gone into significant decline.

This is an example of a situation that seems like it really could have been nipped in the bud a long, long time ago.  There had to be some signs with this guy, that he was going off the rails.  It makes me wonder what he got up to as a police officer.

I'm featuring this poster child's bodycam mostly because he hit all the notes.  Also because this incident happened at a Walmart, where a black high school student was recently stabbed to death at random while working, in a racial attack.  Like the road-rage scrub I just wrote about, when they kill somebody, it's always someone more valuable to society than themselves.

So nothing about this guy wandering around Walmart throwing N-words works for me due to the murder of Jason Jenkins last week.  But I'm blogging him because  he covered my American idiot BINGO card for this week.  I'm surprised he doesn't tell them he's Thomas Jefferson's grandson.  All he needs to do now is run for governor.

• B is for Bigot -- This person -- who is well known to the police and has already been trespassed from this store -- immediately starts blasting out N-words when confronted.  I can't do whatever and whenever I want?  RACISM IS THE ANSWER.
  
• I is for It's Mine! -- When somebody in America wants something, they just go and take it. 
  
• N is for Narcissistic -- He's a douchebag to the female officer that transports him, because of course he doesn't think any woman could possibly be in authority.  She says he's a nice guy when sober.  He definitely isn't. 
  
• G is for Growly -- He begins threatening violence against all of the officers because he's not allowed to walk through Walmart eating off of the shelves.  He's ready and willing to kill everybody when hangry.
  
• O is for Out -- He assumes one of the officers is Mexican and tells him to get out of "my country."  This guy doesn't have a home, is such a bigshot in America he's not allowed to go to Walmart.  But he thinks he has a country to kick gainfully employed police officers out of. 
  

That's where the whole problem lies.  Confederate sympathizers yearn to "Make America Great Again."  They want to go back to the days when they didn't need to be anything but white, or accomplish anything in particular except kidnapping, to stomp all over other people.  They can't have that kind of power and authority anymore . And they're fit to be tied.

One of the people arrested in a string or random attacks where women have been punched in the face on city streets is named Skiboky.  Rhymes with both kooky and spooky.

Skiboky's social media feed is the psychosocial version of a clogged dispose-all.  A plethora of random bits and pieces are in there, partially ground up and full of bacteria. 

I'm sure it will all be taken down eventually. 

I'm looking through the shorts on his YouTube feed while I still can.  Because Skiboky's the poster child of how nothing makes sense in America.   His videos are some extreme brain diarrhea of racism and sexism, overlaid with  angry politics and delusions of grandeur.  The only surprise about him being charged with assaulting a random woman is that it took this long.

This random face-punching situation, which started in New York and has now moved to Chicago, is a natural extension of how much everybody has hated Karen for the last five years or so.  My life changed noticeably once that meme took off. People behaved differently toward me in public.  I started speaking only when spoken to.  It's been fashionable to openly hate white women for a while.  I'm surprised it took this long to boil over. 

For example, in the above video, titled "the white man," Skiboky obviously  has a bone to pick with the white MAN.  And yet the person he's accused of randomly smacking in the face  unprovoked is clearly a woman, and not a scary one either.  Funny  how that works, how often the hate mail for Kevin gets delivered to Karen.

And of course, THIS!  LOL  All his rage at the white man leads him directly to... TRUMP, current leader of the Confederate party.  Weird how the snake always eventually eats its tail, how the haters somehow all end up together at the end of the day.  That's the way the bowl swirls when you push the handle (multiple times if you're Trump).

.I tried to embed a number of Skiboky's shorts, and for whatever reason they all show up as "private" when I do that.  But they aren't private.  There are many clips of Skiboky inserting himself into the lives of ordinary New Yorkers of every race and gender, in many obnoxious and frightening ways.    The fact that he posted some of these at all speaks to his terrifying mental state.  Skiboky spends a lot of time freaking women out on the train, acting strange with law enforcement, and ranting about Marcus Garvey.

If you scroll through Skiboky's feed, ask yourself how often someone came close to getting harmed.

• "This white piece of shit just put his hands on me. You not gonna press charges?" Skiboky rages at two cops in this video.  No, the police aren't pressing charges.  Skiboky is furious, screaming, "Where this N* at?" over and over as he descends into the subway in search of the person.  The police did nothing to prevent that person from being found and shoved onto the tracks.  Skiboky appears to be quite the ticking bomb, like so many of the MAGA faithful.
• Here is Skiboky's incredibly weak pickup game.  "What kind of hat is that?"  "I got it from Shein," a woman on a train politely answers about the most basic beanie hat in the world.  "I thought it was the same type of hat 'those people' have," gesturing to one white guy with the same kind of hat.  She gets up and leaves.  Is it her stop?
• In this video, an elder patiently tries to explain that the line for services restarts each day, and it doesn't matter that he was there yesterday also.  He counters that he's SKIBOKY, Marcus Garvey's grandson.  She asks him what that means. He apparently wants to get in front of her in line, and is willing to be a huge asshole about it, because he was there yesterday.  Me, I just let people like him step in front of me constantly in Long Beach.  Absolutely not worth it.  My time is my own.  Easier to let the manbaby have his way in line than deal with it after he punches me.  But ask yourself, why did he post this?  Why was he trolling this woman at all?
• This video opens with Skiboky apparently mistaking himself for a well-known superhero in Gotham, specializing in non-issues that nobody asked for help with.  "It's me, Skiboky, Marcus Garvey's grandson," he notifies a young man crouching down on a sidewalk, being assisted by a relative.  He offers to call the police for them.  The woman, possibly his mother, says it's okay, he's just not feeling well.  Skiboky blames the Democrats for a bad school lunch, and advises the youngster to "never let a girl see you down.  The black man always gotta stand up, brother," because he was crouched down while vomiting.   "Um, okay," he replies, probably feeling a whole lot better now that he realizes he's not Skiboky.
• This video entitled "Not nice" appears to be nothing more than Skiboky videotaping a young man wearing a Frozen backpack on a train.  In hindsight I'm glad he wasn't attacked.  Skiboky has harsh words for men he finds insufficiently  masculine.
• Here is Skiboky refusing to pay an Asian street vendor, calling him various rude names including "faggot."  "Y'all white people keep playing with us blacks, man."   He again mentions his credentials as Marcus Garvey's grandson. Because Skiboky's family was abused by Chinese immigrants?  Because Marcus Garvey would be so proud?  Again, this was posted by Skiboky, not the vendor.
• In this video, "Don't Act Lightskin," Skiboky approaches someone that he recognizes from giving out free haircuts.  Jim Jordan? Joyner? He  tries to start taking a video, but is quickly rebuffed for not asking permission.  There are other people there waiting to greet the guy.  Skiboky gets handled.  THAT GUY WAS IN ZERO DANGER OF GETTING FACE-PUNCHED, GO FIGURE. 
• "Wherever there's darkness, the black man stands as the light of the world.  The whole world would be in darkness without the black man.  He's amazing."  And in the background, frogs seem to be vomiting the phrase "I love you."  This is Skiboky, and why he must punch us. For our own good.
• The superhero nobody asked for  intervenes in a fender bender, apparently for no reason other than to side with a man against two women.  Because this is America, this unhinged person will be left roaming the streets until he actually kills some woman.  Then when they solve it as a cold case, he'll be sent to prison for a while.  And it won't be charged as a hate crime, which it totally would be. Whoever he kills will be a woman, and it will be random as fuck.  She will be any available woman.  Skiboky is a ticking bomb of hatred, looking for women to antagonize.
• In a video called "Double Twins" maybe Skiboky thinks he's dissing this Latina by calling her twins with her white friend?  They're both exponentially too cute to talk to him.  Why does he post videos of himself striking out so hard?  He's shockingly nuts while focused on women in public --  these girls, grandmas in line, really all of them.  He's a disaster waiting to happen to some vulnerable person.
• No seriously, Skiboky will approach a group of transit police, instigate a fight with one of them, and project a ton of wild, racist shit onto him.  The guy gives him some friendly recognition in a possible de-escalation attempt.  This seems to be another video of the same good-natured guy.  But one thing I can tell you for sure, there is no reasonable way to deal with Skiboky no matter who you are, what race or gender. 
• In a video titled Spanish Fly, Skiboky gets smacked by a black woman on a train.  He makes a beeline to approach her from behind as she's on her phone.  She wheels around, furious, and cracks him one.  Does he know her?  Has he bothered her before?  Did he touch her or what?  Why does he post this shit?  What does the title mean, that it turned him on to have bothered her like that?  Or that she turned him on so much he couldn't resist bothering her?  Will this be presented as evidence of him being a menace to society?  As a hate crime against women? Not until there's a corpse.
• Skiboky trolling the funeral of a clergyman.  "Was he black?"
• As part of his campaign for governor, Skiboky mentions to a random woman waiting in line that he can tell she didn't put lotion on her feet!!!!

"NYPD said there were seven incidents of women being punched In Manhattan. However, police do not believe any of the attacks are related"

See, the attacks aren't "related," in that no, they're not coordinated.  The people who are doing it don't know each other or whatever.  It's just where we're at as a community now.  This is where our margins have frayed to.  This is where our Overton Window has shifted to, the new normal.
