East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Deputy Fired, Arrested for Texting 15-Year-Old Girl

They don't give a lot of details about this situation.  Apparently the girl gave the police a cell phone number she said was this deputy's.  Then he handed over his phone, and it matched the number she provided.  She said he "talked sexual things."  They reviewed it and found messages from him.  I think he looks like Homer Simpson.
