Deputy Finds Dead 5-Year-Old Under Mother

This video is so incredibly disturbing.

The 7-year-old not realizing his sister was dead, explaining that they had celebrated her birthday yesterday.

The deputy saying, "I got you, baby girl" as he snatches up the dead child.

The numerous complaints about this family to DCYF.
